Doug Anderson started Anderson Pro Painting in 2005, before he'd finished his degree at Shippensburg University. He had a ladder, a truck, and a belief he's never let go of: you make the world better by adding value to the people around you. He served with City Year, an AmeriCorps program in inner-city Philadelphia, served six years on the board of Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area - three as Vice President, his final year as President - and today sits on the board of M28, a nonprofit that helps men coming out of recovery centers find long-term housing.
In 2010, five years into running the company, he earned an Executive MBA from Villanova University. The company is built the way he is: 33 full-time employees, 27 painters, 14 vehicles, and full benefits for everyone on the payroll.
Brent Burger began his career in accounting in 1992 and has built more than three decades of experience in finance, business leadership, and operations. He has held roles from entry-level accounting to senior executive leadership, owned and operated his own accounting and tax practice, and successfully managed a BBQ restaurant. Brent joined Anderson Pro Painting Inc. in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He earned a bachelor's degree from Juniata College with dual majors in Accounting and Finance and a minor in History.
Jillian Anderson brings a thoughtful, caring perspective to Anderson Pro Painting. Before joining the company, she spent many years with UPMC as a Senior Systems Analyst, where she developed a passion for organization, problem-solving, and creating systems that helped people work more effectively. Today, Jillian supports Anderson Pro Painting with documentation, organizational projects, and human resources initiatives as needed.
Sarah has been part of the Anderson Pro Painting team for nearly 9 years, bringing hands-on painting experience and a longtime connection to the industry. Before joining Anderson, she worked as a painter for her family's business and later spent several years painting independently. As a Project Manager, Sarah enjoys solving complex challenges and supporting Anderson's field staff with the resources and guidance they need to succeed - watching a project progress from plans on paper to a completed space, whether it is a hospital, school, small business, or residence.
Quade started with Anderson Pro Painting in 2024 as an Estimator. Before Anderson Pro, Quade graduated from Lycoming College with a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications. As an Estimator, he services new and existing customers on the commercial and residential side of the business.
Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Pablo Seda brings years of hands-on experience, leadership, and a strong work ethic to every project. In 2018, Pablo entered the painting industry, specializing in residential painting before quickly expanding into commercial projects. Today, as a Field Superintendent, he is committed to ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while supporting both clients and field crews.
Eli started with Anderson Pro Painting in June of 2026, bringing a keen attention to detail and a willingness to master every aspect of estimating. With strong determination, deliberate analysis, and consistent critical thinking, he is always willing to do the work and spend the time getting to the bottom of a difficult project or solving a unique and complicated problem.
