Anderson Pro Painting has run the same six steps since 2005. The process doesn't change between a single room and a hospital wing, or between a homeowner and a facility manager.
Call the office or send the form. A real person gets back to you no later than the next business day, whether you're asking about one room or a fifty-thousand square foot facility.
We come out and see the space in person, because quoting off a phone call is guessing. Then you get an honest read on the scope, including what it should cost, before anything is written down.
Plain language on paper. What we will do, in what order, when we will start and finish, and what it costs. No fine print, and no numbers that move after you have signed.
We lock a schedule built around how your building actually operates - nights, weekends, a semester break or a summer shutdown. Then we prep properly before a brush touches anything.
Our own painters, the crew named in the proposal, on the schedule we agreed. Two full coats on every surface, not one coat and a round of touch-ups.
Crew lead, project manager and you, going surface by surface through the finished job. Anything that needs another pass, we handle it there and then. Nothing is called finished until you say it is, and nothing gets invoiced before that. We call it the punch-out.
