Anderson Pro Painting has been a locally owned painting company in Central Pennsylvania since 2005. For two decades we've been the company other companies call. We've painted the colleges, school districts, hospitals, warehouses and manufacturing plants you drive past every day, held to a standard most never get to see. Odds are you've already stood in a building we painted and had no idea it was us.
We do all of our own painting
Every painter on your job is our own full-time employee, not a stranger pulled in for the week. For the specialty trades that sometimes go with a paint project - pressure washing, wallpaper and epoxy floors - we bring in a small bench of dedicated specialists we've worked with for eight to ten years running. Established companies, fully insured, held to our standard. The crew we promise is the crew that shows up, accountable to us and covered by our insurance and workers' comp.

Doug's story
Doug Anderson started Anderson Pro Painting in 2005, before he'd finished his degree at Shippensburg University. He had a ladder, a truck, and a belief he's never let go of: you make the world better by adding value to the people around you. In 2010, five years into running the company, he earned an Executive MBA from Villanova University. The company he built has 33 full-time employees, 27 painters, 14 vehicles, and full benefits for everyone on the payroll - because painters here are career employees, not disposable labor.
The people behind the work
Doug Anderson
Started Anderson Pro Painting in 2005 before finishing his degree at Shippensburg University. Earned an Executive MBA from Villanova in 2010, served with City Year AmeriCorps in Philadelphia, and has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area and M28.
Brent Burger
Began his career in accounting in 1992 and has built more than three decades of experience in finance, business leadership and operations. Joined Anderson Pro Painting as Chief Financial Officer in 2022. Juniata College graduate with dual majors in Accounting and Finance.
Jillian Anderson
Joined the company after many years with UPMC as a Senior Systems Analyst. Supports Anderson Pro Painting with documentation, organizational projects and human resources initiatives.
Sarah Mulholland
Part of the Anderson Pro Painting team for nearly 9 years, bringing hands-on painting experience from her family's business. As Project Manager she supports field staff and coordinates each project from planning through completion.
Quade Wilbur
Started with Anderson Pro Painting in 2024 as an Estimator, serving new and existing customers on the commercial and residential side of the business. Lycoming College graduate in Corporate Communications.
Pablo Seda
Born and raised in Scranton, PA. Entered the painting industry in 2018 after owning and operating a neighborhood bar with his mother. As Field Superintendent he is committed to completing every project safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Elijah Flurie
Started with Anderson Pro Painting in June of 2026, bringing a keen attention to detail to estimating - looking at plans, measuring walls and running calculations to get to the bottom of difficult projects.
